On December 2012, an investment of RM900million for a 57 acres freehold coastal area in Danga Bay JB, Country Garden plan to develop a high-end integrated project which consists residential & commercial function.The GDV of this project is about RM18billion and it create sales record of RM5 billion in year 2013 which broke sales record in Malaysia.
